About Elias - Enspyre
Elias Ek is the co-founder of Enspyre (www.enspyre.com) and an investor in several other SMEs. Mr. Ek is from Sweden but moved to the US in 1994, studied in Japan 1996 and since 2000 lives in Taiwan. In 2005 Enspyre organized the first ever seminar for foreign entrepreneurs. Ek has also been invited by the government to give feedback on legal issues regarding foreign residents. This led to him writing the book How to start a business in Taiwan (www.startabusinessintaiwan.tw) to help foreign entrepreneurs easier understand the legal issues they will encounter. He is also the co-organizer of the annual pitch event Dragons’ Chamber to give foreign entrepreneurs a platform. Elias Ek is a board member of the French Chamber of Commerce.
