The largest in Australia, Manildra Flour Mill today operates round-the-clock, among our state-of-the-art regional manufacturing facilities employing more than 1500 local people, with the support of thousands more working across our value chain.

In trusted partnerships spanning generations of farming families, Manildra Group locally sources Australian wheat, sugarcane and canola to manufacture the highest-quality staple and specialty ingredients.

Manildra Group invests continuously in innovation and expansion at Shoalhaven Starches – the world’s largest wheat gluten and starch plant of its kind – on the New South Wales south coast. Here, we showcase our advanced manufacturing processes of circular production for adding value with zero waste.

Expanding our Australian business to supply dozens of countries for more than 60 years, Manildra Group has become the largest exporter of value-added products in containers through our nation’s largest container port at Botany, in Sydney.
