Wan Bao Group

Wan Bao Group (旺寶集團) and TCV Group (同喬集團) are Taiwan-based diversified business groups led by Michael Tung-Chiao Wu. TCV traces its roots to the 1970s and built its business around manufacturing, initially producing automotive and motorcycle components before expanding into plastic injection moulding, children’s electric vehicles, infant products, medical services and energy-related businesses. Its products and manufacturing services have reached markets across Asia, Europe and North America.

Building on TCV’s manufacturing capabilities, Wu later established **Wan Bao Group** to extend the family business into distribution and consumer markets. Through businesses covering e-commerce, physical retail and distribution, biomedical products, brand and event marketing, and more recently automotive, sports and entertainment ventures, Wan Bao has developed a broader platform linking manufacturing, international brands, distribution and marketing. 

Together, TCV and Wan Bao represent the group’s evolution from a traditional Taiwanese manufacturer into a diversified enterprise spanning manufacturing, healthcare, consumer distribution, marketing and leisure industries.
